Puria Privacy Policy

This page describes how Puria handles your data. Personal household content is stored locally on your device. Puria uses Firebase Analytics for anonymized product insight and Apple In-App Purchase for subscriptions and lifetime purchases.

2. Local data storage

Puria stores the following personal app content locally on your device using Apple's app storage:

• Focus rooms and room order
• Tasks, energy levels, and task completion state
• Morning, evening, and weekly routine steps
• Anchor-spot name and completion state
• Magnet-zone names and blitz history
• 120-day history for routines, sprints, anchor spot, and magnet zones
• Language and app settings

This content is not transmitted to Luminova Labs servers. No user account is required. Deleting the app removes the locally stored app content from the device.

3. Firebase Analytics

Puria uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for anonymized usage analysis. The following technical and usage data may be processed:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and selected language
• Anonymized usage events, such as sprint started or routine checked off
• Approximate location derived from IP address and anonymized after collection
• An anonymous Firebase Installation ID

Analytics events do not contain your rooms, task names, routine steps, anchor-spot name, or other household content. The analytics data is used to improve Puria.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in improving the app. Google may transfer data to the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information is available in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. In-app purchases

Puria offers a yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase after a 7-day free trial. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and Apple In-App Purchase. Luminova Labs does not receive or store payment card or billing data.

5. No advertising or social tracking

Puria does not use advertising networks, social-media SDKs, or analytics tools other than Firebase Analytics.

Notifications, if enabled, are local notifications generated on your device.

6. Data deletion and export

You can remove local app content by deleting entries in the app where available or by deleting Puria from your device. Because app content is stored locally, Luminova Labs cannot access, export, or restore your rooms, tasks, routines, or history.

7. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. For requests regarding Firebase Analytics data, contact support@luminova-labs.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Data security

Local data is stored in the protected iOS app container and benefits from the device security mechanisms provided by iOS.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when Puria changes materially. The date above indicates the current version.
